Compliance Office Support Apprentice - Job Description

As a Compliance office assistant you will be involved in:

  • Creating checklists for workers

  • Covid risk assessments

  • Creating and sending Name Badges

You will be updating our systems with the following:

  • Pin Checks

  • RTW Checks

  • DBS Checks

  • Obtaining Fit to Work Certificates from 3rd party

  • Sending links for online training

  • Uploading training to System

This apprenticeship supports the development of strong communication skills, the ability to problem-solve, using your own initiative, managing priorities and self-organisation.

Candidates should have a minimum of Level 1 English & Maths (GCSE grades 1-3).

Functional Skills in Maths and English will be included in the apprenticeship programme if the successful candidate does not yet have their Level 2 (GCES A-C or 9-4 or equivalent).

Sutton College, working in partnership with MedGen, will support you through the 18 month apprenticeship programme with tuition & guidance tailored to your learning needs, before you undertake the end point assessment to complete your qualification.
