We are looking for compassionate, enthusiastic and motivated Registered Nurses to work in A&E in Oxfordshire. The successful candidates will be effective team players, committed and motivated qualified nurses with excellent communication and leadership skills. Successful candidates will support the multidisciplinary team to provide patient-centred care, maintain high care delivery standards and efficient, safe management of patients within A&E.

As an A&E Nurse you will be involved in;
Responsible for maintaining care standards in accident and emergency
Monitoring and administering medication
Writing records/updating care plans
Assessing and planning nursing care requirements
To provide high quality, effective, individualised care to all patients that is compassionate and caring.
To be flexible in the approach to the clinical area and provide cover for any area specified within the Emergency Department.

A successful candidate for this role will have:
A minimum of 6-month experience working in Registered Nurse role within A&E in a UK hospital
Pass pre-employment checks (including enhanced DBS, occupational health screening and entitlement to work checks)
An NMC pin
At least one year’s experience in clinical nursing
The right to work in the UK
Confident, an eye for detail and happy dealing with large volumes of work
