Intensive Care Nurse
We have an opportunity for an Intensive Care Nurse to join one of our clients in the Dorset area. The successful candidate will have a real passion for working in intensive care and caring for those who are in need of it the most. We’re looking for highly professional nurses with the drive, ambition and caring nature required to help our client achieve continuing outstanding results.

As an Intensive Care Nurse you will be involved in;
As an experienced ICU nurse, you will be well versed with the requirements of the role. However, some of the duties that you can expect to be carrying out on shift will include:
Delivering individualised patient care acting as the named nurse, ensuring the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation is in line with evidence-based practices
Ensuring accurate and comprehensive nursing records are maintained using IT Healthcare systems
Providing compassionate care that is based on empathy, kindness, respect and dignity

As an Intensive Care Nurse you will have;
Being highly professional is of course, incredibly important, but equally as desirable is your ability to communicate, empathize and successfully provide the highest level of care to your patients and colleagues. Due to our compliance process, it's important to note that currently, we can't only accept UK based candidates with previous experience of nursing in the UK. We also require our nurses to possess:
An NMC pin
A recent DBS check
At least one year’s experience in nursing
The right to work in the UK
Confident, an eye for detail and happy dealing with large volumes of work
