Registered General Nurse
Do you love providing compassionate care to patients who suffer from illnesses or injuries? MedGen is in need of a Registered General Nurse (RGN) for our client based in Cheshire. The ideal candidate will be a responsible and well-trained professional able to give the best nursing care with little supervision. You will be compassionate and cool-tempered. You will also be able to follow health and safety guidelines faithfully and consistently.

As a Registered General Nurse you will be involved in;
I’m not going to tell you what a Registered General Nurse does, because the truth is – you probably already are one if you’re looking at this! However, some of the common duties you can expect to be carried out are:
Provide care to patients and residents based on their care plan outlined by their doctor
Accurately monitor and record observations on patients' conditions
Maintain accurate records of residents care, financial procedures, and medication administration
Identify care planning needs
Carry out risk assessment
Record patients' vital signs and medical information
Reevaluate patient care plan as conditions change
As a Registered General Nurse you will have;
Being highly professional is of course, incredibly important, but equally as desirable is your ability to communicate, empathize and successfully provide the highest level of care to your patients and colleagues. Due to our compliance process, it's important to note that currently, we can only accept UK based candidates with previous experience of nursing in the UK. We also require our nurses to possess:
1+ years’ nursing experience
Valid nursing license
Willingness to work a flexible schedule and to fill in when needed
Excellent bedside manner and communication skills
Ability to explain treatments and conditions
Working knowledge of health care laws and regulation
