Registered General Nurse
Do you love providing compassionate care to patients who suffer from illnesses or injuries? MedGen is in need of Registered General Nurses (RGNs) for our to pick up a number of shifts for one of our prestigious clients based in Armagh. We’re looking for highly professional RGNs for block bookings of 3-6 months and you'll be expected to be able to work a combination of nights and day duties. It is key that the successful applicant is willing to work as part of the team on the ward

As an Acute Medical RGN you will be involved in;
The assessment and monitoring of patient conditions
Checking symptoms and vital signs and arranging diagnostic tests
Developing on-going care plans
Administering intravenous drips or different types of medication
Checking and using specialised equipment such as monitors and ventilators

As an Acute Medical RGN you will have;
•An NMC pin
•A recent AccessNI check (Medgen will support in getting an update)
•At least one year’s experience in nursing
•The right to work in the UK
•Confident, an eye for detail and happy dealing with large volumes of work
