As an Intensive Care Community Nurse you will be involved in;
Working with the community nursing team to provide care to patients with a variety of specialised clinical needs
Delivering high standards of quality care by assessment, evaluation and implementation of patient needs
Providing bespoke care to meet the patient's health needs in their own home and other community settings
Providing compassionate care that is based on empathy, kindness, respect and dignity
As an Intensive Care Community Nurse you will have;
An NMC pin
A recent DBS check
At least one year’s experience in nursing
The right to work in the UK
A driving licence and access to a vehicle
