Due to the current situation, we have a number of intensive care nurse shifts available across Scotland. A number of our leading clients have immediate and ongoing shifts for nurses with experience of working in intensive care. We can offer you the opportunity to choose your hours, the chance to work alongside some world-class doctors and nurses and a pay rate that is reflective of your true value.

As an ITU Nurse you will be involved in;

  • Responsibility for achieving all performance indicators, essentials standards and quality outcomes

  • Safely administering medication following Trust policies and practice guidelines

  • Maintaining a safe environment when caring for patients, including those patients requiring frequent levels of monitoring.

  • Providing compassionate care that is based on empathy, kindness, respect and dignity

As an ITU Nurse you will have;

  • An NMC pin

  • A recent PVG check (we’ll pay for an update for every nurse)

  • At least one year’s acute hospital experience

  • The right to work in the UK

  • Confident, an eye for detail and happy dealing with large volumes of work
