Key Responsibilities

  • Administering medications

  • Build positive, trusting relationships with individuals experiencing mental health difficulties

  • Contribute to maintaining a safe and supportive environment.

  • Assist in monitoring mental and physical wellbeing, reporting concerns to qualified staff.

  • Supporting in the community

  • Active Engagement

  • Maintain accurate documentation in line with service requirements.

Requirements:

  • Care Certificate or SVQ qualification in Health & Social Care

  • At least 6 months of experience in care

  • Full UK driving licence (Preferred)

  • SSSC Registration

  • PVG Certificate

  • Practical Manual Handling & Basic Life Support training

  • PMVA Trained
