​​Nurse Practitioner

We are looking for a professional Nurse Practitioner who can deliver primary medical care to a wide variety of patients. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for caring for patients, maintaining accurate and current patient records and scheduling and administering follow-up appointments to patients as required. The successful candidate will work as a team with nurses and physicians and will assist in delivering first-class care to each and every patient.

As a Nurse Practitioner you will be involved in;

  • Performing initial patient screenings and patient history and physical examinations

  • Updating patient records and check records for accuracy at each patient appointment

  • Analysing test data and determine the need for follow-up appointments and further treatment options

  • Delivering quality care while maintaining all company metrics pertaining to productivity

  • Serving as the resource patients need for ongoing care information, counselling and provide guidance for any patients with critical conditions

As a Nurse Practitioner you will have;

  • An NMC pin

  • A recent DBS check

  • At least one year’s experience as an RGN

  • The right to work in the UK

  • Confident, an eye for detail and happy dealing with large volumes of work

  • Demonstrate brilliant empathy and communication skills

  • Ability to work in a stressful and emotional environment
