Due to the increase in demand on the health service our client in the Oxford area is urgently searching for Registered Nurses to fulfil a number of temporary nursing shifts that have become available. Having had a long partnership with this client we have placed many experienced nurses into this healthcare supplier before and our nurses have all had very positive experiences working here.

As a Registered Nurse you will be involved in;​

  • Responsibility for achieving all performance indicators, essentials standards and quality outcomes

  • Safely administering medication following Trust policies and practice guidelines

  • Maintaining a safe environment when caring for patients, including those patients requiring frequent levels of monitoring

  • Providing compassionate care that is based on empathy, kindness, respect and dignity

  • Communicating with all levels of staff including the multidisciplinary team, patients and relatives

  • Assessing, implementing and evaluating care for all patients

As a Registered Nurse you will have;

  • An NMC pin

  • A recent DBS check

  • At least 6 months recent experience in an acute setting.

  • The right to work in the UK

  • Confident, an eye for detail and happy dealing with large volumes of work
