MedGen is growing fast and now we need a little extra help in our busy sales team. The good news is that our approach is not a cut-throat dog eat dog sales style, no, we've tried to change things a little bit so that our sales managers have the tools they need to do the job with the right remuneration for the effort that they put in. The good news is that it seems to be working we haven't had a departure in the sales team in over two and a half years and the most recent member of the team will be celebrating his second work anniversary imminently. The retention of our sales team is proof that this team is highly successful and very close-knit so if you're looking for a long-term position with great returns, look no further!

If you’re reading this, chances are that you already know what it takes to be a successful Sales Manager. Keep the sales team happy. Keep the customers happy. And this will all be down to your expert communication and comprehensive admin skills. A few of the duties and responsibilities you can expect in this role will be:
Business development at a variety of buyer levels within each target client
Identify & record business opportunities within the client base for the Nursing division
Developing existing accounts with the above client groups and creates awareness of the services supplied by the nursing division
Actively promote all offerings of MedGen and secure relationships that provide increased business opportunities across all divisions
Establish, maintain and record contacts and build relationships at all levels within the client organization and in particular at departmental and executive level
To support & identify a successful sales strategy for the market
Liaise regularly with divisional and team management within the Nursing division to capture & record client activity intelligence and information
Make outbound calls for lead generation and client appointments.
Our offices are based in Sutton just off of the high street. This is a great base for us as we're still in London but just on the outskirts and within spitting distance of Surrey. This means that we're out of the dreaded rat race and easy to reach. Public transport to the area is very good and there are plenty of council car parks that are reasonably priced and are a short walk to the office.
You’ll sit within a team of 6, all helping our sales force to do what they do best. As we mentioned this a close-knit team who all work very hard and support each other but like to have a bit of competitive banter too. So there are plenty of people nearby that you can ask for help if you need it.
Some background in the healthcare industry would be nice, but what’s more important for us right now is that you have a proven sales track record, are ambitious and motivated to reach and exceed your sales targets.
